The Servants of Honor Training & License Program is designed to equip, train, and develop individuals who have answered God's call to ministry. More than an academic program, this hands-on ministry training experience prepares students to serve with biblical integrity, spiritual maturity, practical wisdom, and Kingdom excellence. Whether you are sensing a call to preach, teach, prophesy, lead, or serve in ministry, this program provides the biblical foundation, practical skills, and spiritual mentoring needed to fulfill your Kingdom assignment.

 

Students receive comprehensive instruction through classroom teaching, ministry practicums, leadership development, and personal mentoring from seasoned ministry leaders. The curriculum emphasizes servant leadership, Christ-like character, biblical doctrine, ethical ministry practices, and practical application, ensuring graduates are equipped to effectively minister in today's church and community.

Kingdom School of the Prophets

The Kingdom School of the Prophets is a training program designed to equip individuals called to prophetic ministry. It provides biblical teaching, practical training, and spiritual development to help students grow in their prophetic gifts, leadership, and character, preparing them to serve effectively in the Kingdom of God.  Through Biblically grounded instruction, mentorship, and guided application, students develop clarity in hearing God’s voice, accuracy in prophetic expression, and accountability in ministry. The program emphasizes character, order, and alignment with Scripture, preparing participants to minister with wisdom, humility, and effectiveness.

Program Outcomes

Basic Foundational Study (SOH-101)

Prerequisite:

High School Diploma or Equivalent; Basic Bible Knowledge Assessment Quiz; PFB Systematic Bible Studies

The Basic Foundation Studies course provides a strong biblical foundation for prophetic ministry by establishing essential principles of Scripture, spiritual growth, and Kingdom leadership. Students develop a clear understanding of the prophetic office, biblical character, spiritual disciplines, and God's purpose for prophetic ministry, preparing them for advanced training in the Kingdom School of the Prophets.

The Prophetic and Spiritual Warfare
(SOH-102)

Prerequisite: Complete Basic Foundational Study
Examines the biblical role of prophetic ministry within spiritual warfare, equipping students to recognize spiritual conflict and respond with wisdom, prayer, and scriptural authority.

Advanced Training Prophetic Ministry (SOH-103)

Prerequisite: Complete The Prophetic and Spiritual Warfare
Provides advanced instruction in prophetic accuracy, activation, accountability, and leadership, preparing students to operate responsibly and effectively in prophetic ministry settings.

Kingdom Biblical Preaching Program

The Kingdom Biblical Preaching Program equips students with the skills and Biblical foundation necessary to prepare and deliver clear, effective, and Spirit-led messages. This program emphasizes sound Biblical interpretation, sermon preparation, and confident communication rooted in Scripture.

 

Through structured instruction and practical application, students develop clarity in preaching, confidence in delivery, and faithfulness to the Word of God. The program benefits pastors, ministers, teachers, and emerging leaders who seek to communicate Biblical truth accurately, authoritatively, and with impact.

Kingdom Preaching Foundational Steps (SOH-201)

Prerequisite: Complete Preaching Foundational Steps
Builds upon foundational principles by teaching sound biblical interpretation and expository preaching methods to accurately communicate the meaning of Scripture.

Kingdom Biblical Preaching (SOH-202)

Prerequisite: Complete Preaching Foundational Steps
Builds upon foundational principles by teaching sound biblical interpretation and expository preaching methods to accurately communicate the meaning of Scripture.

The Art and Craft of Biblical Preaching (SOH-203)

Prerequisite: Complete Preaching Foundational Steps
Builds upon foundational principles by teaching sound biblical interpretation and expository preaching methods to accurately communicate the meaning of Scripture.

Kingdom School of Leadership Development

The Kingdom School of the Prophets is a training program designed to equip individuals called to prophetic ministry. Leadership Basics (SOH-301)

Prerequisite: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Basic Bible Knowledge Assessment Quiz

Introduces foundational leadership principles rooted in biblical values, focusing on character, servant leadership, communication, and personal responsibility.

Leadership Success (SOH-302)

Prerequisite: Successful completion of Leadership 101​

Builds upon foundational leadership concepts with an emphasis on practical application, team leadership, problem-solving, and effective decision-making in ministry and organizational settings.

Minister Training/License Program (SOH-400)

Prerequisite: High School Diploma or Equivalent; Basic Bible Knowledge Assessment Quiz; PFB
Systematic Biblical Studies – Survey of the Bible.

The Servants of Honor Minister Training/ License Program at Chayil International Bible College & Seminary is designed to equip men and women for effective ministry leadership within the local church. This structured program develops spiritual maturity, ministerial competence, and leadership excellence grounded in Biblical principles.

Prospective students must obtain a referral from their Senior Pastor or meet the program’s established prerequisites. Upon successful completion of the 12-month training program, students receive a Certificate of Completion, affirming their readiness for ministerial licensing and eligibility for the Minister in Training (MIT) Program toward ordination.


Students are required to purchase designated textbooks, which support course instruction and serve as long-term ministry resources. Course syllabi outline academic expectations, including exams, quizzes, projects, and written assignments. Faithful adherence to these requirements ensures a
meaningful and successful training experience.

ORDINATION PROGRAM: MINISTER-IN-TRAINING (MIT)

The Minister in Training (MIT) Program prepares candidates for ordination through structured ministerial training, spiritual formation, and hands-on ministry experience. This program equips men and women with Biblical knowledge, leadership competence, and ministerial readiness for effective service within the local church.


Through a combination of classroom instruction, supervised ministry practice, and one-on-one
mentorship, participants develop confidence, accountability, and clarity in their calling. The MIT Program emphasizes character, doctrine, and practical ministry skills, ensuring that candidates are well prepared for ordained leadership.

Advanced Leadership Training
(SOH-501)

Prerequisite: Referral from the Senior Pastors; Complete the Minister Training/License Program

Develops high-level leadership skills focused on vision, strategy, decision-making, and effective
oversight in ministry and organizational settings.

Basic Spiritual Warfare Training (SOH-502)

Prerequisite: Complete Advanced Leadership Training
Introduces biblical principles of spiritual warfare, equipping students to recognize spiritual conflict and respond with discernment, prayer, and scriptural authority.

Preaching Styles (SOH-503)

Prerequisite: Complete Basic Spiritual Warfare Training
Explores various biblical preaching styles and delivery approaches, helping students identify, refine, and effectively apply their unique preaching voice.

Mentorship Program (SOH-504)

Prerequisite: Preaching Styles

Each MIT participant is paired with experienced ministry leaders who provide spiritual guidance, accountability, and practical insight throughout the ordination journey. Mentorship supports personal growth, leadership development, and ministry effectiveness, helping candidates transition confidently into ordained service.
