About the Founder

Dr. Donneta K. Hale

Dr. Donneta K. Hale embodies the spirit of a cultural engineer, igniting transformation in communities worldwide. Through her multifaceted roles as an author, scriptwriter, film director, entrepreneur, prophetess, and pastor, she is committed to inspiring positive change and building meaningful bridges between individuals, industries, and governmental systems—particularly in service to the elderly, youth, and the homeless.

In partnership with her husband, Apostle Ronn Hale II, Dr. Hale serves as Senior Pastor of The Carpenter’s House Christian Worship Center in Avondale, Arizona. Together, they cultivate an atmosphere where faith and action converge, empowering individuals to discover their God-given potential and create lasting Kingdom impact. Her leadership consistently models compassion, excellence, and courageous obedience to the call of God.

Known for her innovative mindset and unwavering commitment to vision, Dr. Donneta brings a rare blend of creativity and strategic insight to every assignment she undertakes. She possesses a distinctive grace for transforming complex challenges into actionable, sustainable solutions that uplift communities and advance Kingdom purposes.

While Chayil has intentionally chosen to remain non-accredited, our commitment to academic excellence and biblical integrity remains unwavering. We have prioritized assembling a highly qualified faculty whose educational achievements, ministry credentials, and practical experience provide students with exceptional instruction rooted in Scripture. Our focus is not simply on institutional recognition, but on equipping men and women with the biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and practical skills necessary to fulfill God's calling with excellence.

Dr. Cara L. Clayton, Th.D.

Assistant Administrator | Faculty Professor

Dr. Cara L. Clayton serves as an Assistant Administrator and faculty member at Chayil International Bible College & Seminary. She is passionate about helping students understand Scripture through its historical and Hebraic context.

With over 17 years of service at The Carpenter's House Christian Worship Center, she has led multiple ministries and supported senior leadership. She also teaches discipleship, Bible studies, and spiritual warfare training, and serves as a conference speaker.

Ordained as an Elder, Dr. Clayton—affectionately known as "Mama Cara"—is a respected mentor dedicated to equipping and developing future Kingdom leaders.

Dr. George Moore, Th.D.

Faculty Professor

Dr. George Moore, Th.D., is a Natural Health Practitioner and dedicated Bible teacher with a passion for rightly dividing and proclaiming the Word of God. He earned his Doctor of Theology from Arizona (USA) Christian University and has faithfully served as an instructor in the PFB Systematic Biblical Studies Program since 2013.

As a faculty member at Chayil International Bible College & Seminary, Dr. Moore is committed to helping students gain a deeper understanding of Scripture through sound biblical teaching and Spirit-led revelation. His passion for both receiving and imparting God's truth equips students to grow in biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and Kingdom purpose.

Dr Steven Wadlington, Th.D.

Faculty Professor

Dr. Steven Wadlington holds a Bachelor's Degree and a Doctor of Theology (Th.D.). He has also completed multiple specialized courses in marriage and relationship counseling and brings four years of professional experience in behavioral health.

As a faculty member at Chayil International Bible College & Seminary, Dr. Wadlington is passionate about equipping students through biblically sound teaching that integrates practical wisdom for everyday life. His heart is to help individuals experience spiritual, emotional, and relational transformation as they grow in their relationship with Christ and fulfill God's purpose for their lives.

Minister Marsha Joseph, M.S.

Faculty Professor

Minister Marsha Joseph holds a Master of Science in English and Social Science from Indiana State University, with additional graduate studies in Community Chaplaincy at Liberty University and a Reading Certification from Indiana University.

With over 40 years of teaching experience and 17 years in Christian education, she has served as both a Sunday School teacher and Director of Christian Education.

Recently ordained through Chayil International Bible College & Seminary, she is dedicated to equipping students with biblical knowledge and fostering spiritual growth and servant leadership.

Minister Veda Platt, B.Th.

Faculty Professor

Minister Veda Platt is a dedicated Christian leader with formal training in chaplaincy, ministerial leadership, and theological studies. She earned her Basic Chaplain Certification from Shekinah Chaplaincy Training Institute, received her Ministerial Ordination Certification through Chayil International Bible College & Seminary, and holds a Bachelor of Theology (B.Th.) from Arizona USA Christian University.

As a faculty member at Chayil International Bible College & Seminary, Minister Platt brings a strong biblical foundation and a servant's heart to the classroom. She is passionate about equipping students through sound biblical teaching, practical ministry application, and compassionate leadership, preparing them to serve with excellence and integrity in the Kingdom of God.

Minister Ebone Lewis

Faculty Professor

Minister Ebone Lewis is a dedicated student of the Word of God, deeply committed to spiritual growth and community leadership. Her formal theological journey began with her graduation from the PFB Systematic Bible Study in 2019, followed by her ordination and graduation as part of the historic first graduating class of Chayil International Bible College and Seminary in 2023.

Furthering her call to service, she became a certified chaplain in 2024 through the Shekinah Chaplaincy Training Institute. Through this rich foundational training, Minister Lewis continues to impact lives by combining scriptural truth with compassionate teaching and mentorship.

Minister Jennifer Keys

Faculty Professor

Minister Jennifer Keys is an ordained minister, entrepreneur, author, and Biblical Life Coach dedicated to helping others grow in faith and live with purpose. As a faculty member at Chayil International Bible College & Seminary, she equips students with practical biblical principles for spiritual growth and Kingdom living.

Currently advancing her theological education, she combines biblical teaching with mentorship to inspire students to apply Scripture with wisdom and conviction.

Outside of ministry, Jennifer enjoys creating, cooking, and spending time with her husband and children.
