APPLICATION DOCUMENTS 

We are delighted that you are considering Chayil International Bible College & Seminary as part of your spiritual and academic journey. Whether you are seeking to deepen your understanding of God's Word or prepare for ministry, we are honored to walk alongside you as you pursue your Kingdom calling.

 

To complete your application for admission, you will need to submit several supporting documents. Some, such as transcripts and letters of recommendation, may need to be provided by schools or individuals on your behalf, while most documents can be uploaded directly through the Admissions Portal using the login credentials you created during the application process. If preferred, documents may also be emailed to ChayilBibleCollege@theChowChurch.org.

 

Please note that some admissions documents are required for every applicant, while others may be requested based on your educational background or chosen program. Submitting all required materials promptly will help us process your application as quickly as possible.

Spiritual Inventory Assessment

As part of the admissions process, applicants are asked to complete a Spiritual Inventory Assessment.

Important: Only submit the first page of your completed assessment with your admissions documents.

 

Sponsor Financial Guarantee Form (Optional)

Applicants who will receive financial assistance from a church, ministry, employer, family member, or sponsor may complete the Sponsor Financial Guarantee Form.

EMAIL ADMISSION DOCUMENTS

The following documents should be completed and emailed to the Admissions Office.

Submit the completed Validation of Church Relationship form signed by your pastor or church leader.

 

Biographical Statement:

Please prepare a single-spaced, typed essay (500–1,000 words) addressing the following topics:

  1. Your Conversion to Christ
    Share your salvation testimony. Explain what a person must do to receive eternal life and describe when you personally accepted Jesus Christ.

  2. Your Call to Ministry
    Describe your calling to Gospel ministry or Christian service and the area of ministry in which you believe God has called you to serve.

  3. Ministry Experience
    Explain your involvement in ministry, including preaching, teaching, evangelism, leadership, discipleship, or other areas where you have served and impacted others for Christ.

  4. Spiritual and Vocational Goals
    Describe your personal, spiritual, and ministry goals and how biblical education will help you fulfill God's calling.

  5. Educational Motivation
    Explain why you desire to pursue undergraduate or graduate biblical studies and what you hope to gain from your education.

  6. Future Plans
    Share your plans for completing your chosen program and how you intend to use your education to advance the Kingdom of God.
